  The person helping me out gave me the wrong information on a product when it would have been easy to verify for them. Cost me a few hundred dollars. This is the second time now which means I am done shopping here. The location is nice the selection is good but the company could help this location out with some employe learning programs. Also there tends to be a lack of people to help you out which makes things a bit more difficult when you need to get items locked up.

  Terrible customer service at the Mason-Montgomery Lowe's. First tried purchasing a water softener from them and having it installed. After purchasing it in the store and getting the wrong information saying that it would be delivered to our home and than Lowe's would hook it. After weeks went by and no water softener I called the store only to find out that they do not deliver to your home but to the store. Nobody had any idea where the product was or when it would be installed. I spent a week on the phone trying to sort out their mess. Nobody know's what they are doing there and you get a different information from person to person. A few month's later we decide to buy a range and microwave. After looking around at different stores and pricing different products we decide to go with Lowe's and have it delivered again. What a nightmare decision that was. They delivered the range had no idea where the microwave was when they were supposed to be delivered together. Called the store spoke with a manager he said it would be another week for the microwave mean while they took our appliances to get rid of. The only solution he could give is to return both products and get a refund. I called corporate two times the stated the manager of the store would call me within 24 hours never heard anything from her. I would not ever buy anything thru Lowe's unless you want a headache trying to sort their mess out. For all my other improvements in my home I will shopping elsewhere. I tired to give this no stars but it forces you to give at least one to post you review!
